Refund policy

At Good Things Ahead, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, or simply changing your mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll help investigate the shipment with the carrier and our production partner.
